A floor plan of your place

Draw your home or workplace to real scale, place doors, windows and furniture, and put each smart device where it really is. From then on, control lights and everything else straight from the plan.

• Resize any room by dragging, and round each of its corners separately.
• A grid you size yourself, from 20 cm to 3 m, so rooms and furniture line up exactly.
• Set each device icon’s size, and choose a simple or animated icon, with or without a background.

• Put a photo of your building plan underneath and draw over it.

Advanced voice control

“Turn on the living room chandelier and floor lamp”, “set the cooler to 25”. BOOFI’s voice assistant understands Persian and English, runs several commands in one sentence and shows what it did in a glass card.

Comfort on autopilot

See each room’s temperature and humidity live. The evaporative cooler has a thermostat: set the temperature you want and it picks the fan speed and water pump itself.

Remotes and sensors

Open the garage door from your phone, turn on the fountain and garden irrigation, and always know whether the front door is open.

• Teach the app your garage-door remote once, and open the door from wherever you are.
• Presence sensor: detects people in the room and, in auto mode, turns the light on — and off again once the hold time passes with nobody there.
• Magnetic door and window sensors: always know which door or window is open.
• Wired inputs for other sensors, such as water leak and tank float.
• Get an instant alert whenever a sensor or input changes.

Smart garden, curtains, security and logic

Beyond the lights: garden watering, curtains and home security live in the same app — and with logic, devices react to each other on their own.

Add hardware, organise it and share it

Add a new device in seconds, arrange it in your places and rooms, and share it with family or colleagues if you like.

• Smart Config, in the mobile app: enter your Wi-Fi password and add up to 20 devices to the system at once.
• Access Point and manual add: join the device’s own Wi-Fi, send the settings from the browser and add it by its MAC address.
• The app recognises your hardware — how many gangs each switch has and which sensors.
• Management: create places and groups, drag devices to move and sort them, and see which are online.
• Lock any switch by double-tapping its name; give each room a ready photo, a colour or one from your gallery.
• Device sharing: make a share code for the recipient’s phone number; they add the device to their own account with it. Codes expire.

Cloud backup and image gallery

Back up your whole layout — places, groups, devices and scenes — to the cloud, and bring it back whenever you need — changing phones, removing the app or an unwanted change loses nothing.

• Name each backup, like “Before the kitchen rearrange”; each shows when it was made and what it holds.
• Restoring replaces the layout on this phone and reads every device’s real state again.
• How many cloud backups you keep depends on your plan.
• A dedicated image gallery: manage the photos behind your places and groups, back them up or restore them.

Settings, the way you like them

Tune the app’s look, language, security and connection to suit you.

• Pick the app language and the voice assistant’s language separately, and choose your font.
• How device names show, and whether tiles run right-to-left or left-to-right.
• Dark or light mode, animations, and “Reduce Effects” for older phones.
• Offline connection: automatic (server and local network together) or manual, by tapping the pulse on the main page.

Users and permissions

Every phone and device signed in to your account shows on the Profile page, and you decide what each one may use.

• Set each user’s access to Profile, Settings, Management, Scenes, Timers and Backup separately.
• Give restore and administrator rights only to people you trust.
• Remove a user by confirming a code sent by SMS or Telegram.
• Share a device with another user or remove it from your account, confirmed with a one-time code.

Hardware settings

Under Devices in your profile, see each device’s version, MAC address and model, and change the device’s own settings right there.

• Firmware update: see the available versions and update the device with a long press.
• Wi-Fi credentials: send a new Wi-Fi name and password straight to the device, no reset needed.
• Local connection: the device works with the app over your home Wi-Fi, without internet — faster, and free of the server.
• Light and color: the key light’s on and off colors, day and night brightness, and lights restoring after a power cut.

For the whole family

Easy Mode: one page with a few big tiles and no menus — for grandparents, kids or guests. And choose what each family phone is allowed to change.

Locked, unlocked by your finger

Lock the whole app with a password — when you leave it or after a few idle minutes — and open it in a moment with your fingerprint, Face ID or Windows Hello.

• Choose how to unlock: password, biometrics, or both.
• Lock sensitive tiles and Management separately, each with its own auto-lock time.
• On Android, the SMS sign-in code fills itself in with one tap.
• Older phone? “Reduce Effects” keeps everything smooth.
